SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it's alarmed concerning the superior amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office focused on service the area daily. The service level designed for intervention ordeals a superior inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it tough for your office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to empower the read more servicing of all shoppers and raise entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
